25,000 original miles. One owner. An Italian volunteer fire brigade in the Alps that used it for thirty years and took care of it like their lives depended on it. Because they did.
Everything is original. Inside and out. It's been professionally serviced and upgraded where it needed it, but nothing was changed that didn't have to be. The badges are still on the doors. The history is still in the truck.
Defenders like this don't come up often. Low miles, single owner, fully original. Most of them are already in collections or have been modded beyond recognition. This one got lucky.
That's not a typo. Thirty years old with 25K on the clock. The fire brigade kept it ready, not racking up highway miles.

Body panels, trim, interior. The seat cushions were upgraded for comfort but the originals come with it. Minor surface rust on a small chassis section. Cosmetic only, structurally solid.
New crossmember. Freshly painted ladders. New wheels. Fully inspected and serviced in 2021. The work that needed doing got done right.
Not a garage queen. The 300 TDI runs perfectly. Turn the key, point it at the coast, and go.
